Adult diabetes Education Group

The Adult Diabetes Education class provides open discussion regarding diabetes health and wellness, and support resources for diabetes patients with a question and answer period with the instructor. This mini class is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month led by instructor Trinidad (TJ) Jasso Jr., BS, RN, Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
